Among the forklift production enterprises with profit planning of forklift accessories, some enterprises have dualized or diversified development of outsourced accessories. Such enterprises are generally external supporting units of forklift manufacturers, and they are not restricted by confidentiality agreement and monopoly supply framework agreement, and can be flexibly sold in the aftermarket. However, most of the external supporting forklift accessories manufacturers are subject to the compulsory constraints of the main forklift truck manufacturers. It is not allowed to independently sell the spare parts on the models produced by the main forklift factory in the aftermarket, which will disturb the order of the trial production price of spare parts and affect the pricing policy and reputation of the spare parts sold by the main forklift factory. The price of spare parts is generally lower than the price of the "original parts", and the packaging is different from the original parts, without the brand Logo packaging of the main forklift factory and the nameplate on the original parts. For the purchase of auxiliary parts, it is necessary to investigate the qualification, scale and integrity of the production enterprises in advance.
